Ramsay Health Care's Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital development continues to progress well, with the construction program now approximately 75% complete.

Ramsay Health Care's Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital development continues to progress well, with the construction program now approximately 75% complete.

Recent construction progress includes continued work on the facade and the sealing of the main public access road, including the hospital drop off zone. Flooring and joinery finishing trades have commenced and the wall and ceiling sheeting to five of the six operating theatres has been completed. Construction of the public transport route and intersection with Kawana Way has also commenced.

Upcoming milestones will include the completion of the facade in the coming month and completion of wall sheeting, pressure testing and ceiling to the last operating theatre. Roadworks will also be substantially completed in April and landscaping works will commence in May.
