Consultant Specialist in General Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology.
Dr Gill is a cardiologist with sub-specialisation in interventional cardiology. His main focus is a holistic approach to patients with cardiac disease. He is also accredited in General Internal Medicine.
He was born in the United Kingdom gaining his MBBS from St Georges Hospital Medical School, Tooting, London. He completed a Masters of Science in Infectious Disease at The Royal Postgraduate Medical School, Hammersmith, London.
Extensive General Medical training was obtained on the Royal London Hospital training program. General Cardiology training was completed in Singapore, where Dr Gill is recognised as a Specialist in Cardiology.
Dr Gill completed an 18 month interventional cardiology fellowship at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane in 2006, and has now over 10 years’ experience in practice of interventional cardiology.
He worked for Queensland Health for over 10 years and was actively involved in education programs. He has held the title of Senior Lecturer for University of Queensland and was an examiner for MBBS students for several years.
In his spare time, Dr Gill thoroughly enjoys playing competitive social soccer and trains young, enthusiastic, up and coming soccer players.
