Dr Noovao's extensive medical training in New Zealand, where he qualified as a Fellow of the Australasian College of Surgeons in 2012, forms the foundation of his expertise. He continued his training in 2012, completing fellowships in the foot, ankle, and upper limb in New Zealand, and a 12-month fellowship in Brisbane in 2013. In 2015, he completed a prestigious fellowship in trauma and lower limb deformity correction at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.
