Construction update – May 2013

The Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital project is now more than 80% complete. The building envelope is substantially complete, with remaining works being external awnings and canopies. Construction of the medical consulting suites has commenced together with landscaping works.

Permanent water and sewer connections have been established to the site. The Northern Bus Street intersection with Kawana Way is due to be completed in June. Internally, the final finishes such as painting and flooring have commenced on Level 1 and 2. More than 570,000 man hours have been completed onsite to date.
